An Artist Portfolio and a Consultancy Website the Clients Run Themselves
How Metro Tech built shubhangiikedar.com, the portfolio of Marathi singer Shubhangii Kedar, and the website of Cinfini, a creative consultancy, exactly as designed, with admin panels so both clients update their own content.
The Client Friction Point
Creative studios and performing artists frequently encounter a common dilemma with web agencies: custom high-aesthetic designs are difficult to turn into code without losing visual fidelity, and once deployed, every tiny text adjustment or new portfolio release requires submitting a support ticket and paying retainer fees.
Cinfini had a meticulously designed brand experience (“Where ideas move across formats”), while singer Shubhangii Kedar needed a stage presence for her music releases and concert bookings that could be refreshed with every tour.
The Metro Tech Engineering Approach
We set a high technical bar: 100% pixel-faithful translation of designer mockups, matched with complete operational independence for the client:
- Automated Visual Regression Testing: We implemented Playwright screenshot comparison tests (`pixelmatch`) running in CI. Every hover effect, custom typography scale, and responsive layout is automatically verified against design mocks before deployment.
- Zero-Database Admin Panel: Rather than forcing clients into heavy database subscriptions or bloated WordPress setups, content is managed via a sleek admin panel that saves to version-controlled JSON with automated cloud backups.
- Performance-Tuned Motion: Built with React, GSAP, and Three.js effects tuned specifically for high framerates on mobile hardware.

Measurable Results
“Where ideas move across formats. We received our exact visual design with an admin panel that lets us update every project and image in seconds without touching code.”
